This USB-C PD bugs affect Apple and PC users, and their own documentation says the monitor has a "USB Type-C power delivery compliant port (PD Version 2.0)" so I think their support is wrong and harming the USB-C community. I reported the issue to Dell but their support consistently states the monitor only supports specific windows laptops, not USB-C in general, to the extent that Dell actively refuses to support some brands like Apple. I bought a USB-C Dell U3818DW monitor to use with my USB-C laptop, but it has a bug in its USB-C PD implementation that breaks sleep/wake.
